What’s the recommended approach for onboarding remote optimization or supply chain modelers into existing AIMMS Developer projects? Has anyone worked with talent sourced through a remote recruitment agency (e.g., CrewBloom) and handled access, training, and reviews smoothly?

We’ve found that working with a remote recruitment agency can really streamline onboarding. They often help pre-vet talent and provide guidance on access management and training processes, which makes integrating remote AIMMS modelers into existing projects much smoother.
