Can column headers be hidden via CSS?

Frequently we run into the limitations of resizing widget. Here is one concrete example which could be solved if we can hide the table header.   In our application we have a table with a 1-dimensional parameter with 4 items. With a table widget of row height 1, we don't see the last item unless we scroll. With a table widget of row height 2, we have a lot of redundant white space we want to use for something else. All items would be visible in the smaller widget, if we could hide /collapse the header. Is there is a way we can remove the column headers via CSS?   As a side note, I believe grid we are limited to when placing widgets is too coarse.

Why is there no download / upload case function in the WebUI data manager

Our users want to be able to store case files locally on their computer and reupload to the cloud environment at a later stage. It looks like the WebUI data manager does not support this requirement. What is the best way to enable users with such a feature?

Failed to retrieve the latest WebUI version from the repository

Hello everyone,This is my first time using AIMMS for academic purpose. I was facing an issue with the WebUI the is not downloaded correctly, then i found a post here in the community suggested to download this https://library-repository.aimms.com:443/libs/69378F70-E906-486F-8F2C-1D606AEB9669/24.11.2.3/x64_vc143_Release.alib in MS Edge browser. After i downloaded it, then a new error shows with following error message:"Failed to retrieve the latest WebUI version from the repository(Error: Error resolving hostname library-repository.aimms.com: No such host is known.)"Does anyone face this issue, what should i do in this case?Thanks!

Adjust column width for table inside webui tabbed page widget

Is it not always possible to adjust column width of a table inside tabbed page. it can be adjusted when accessed through the page itself. is there a way to enable the column width adjustment from tabbed page widget?

At User Support we occasionally get questions about the termination of WebUI sessions; for instance as follows:We have a project where the premaintermination and maintermination both contain the statement “return 1”.Separately, we have a library in which we want to run some checks and empty some parameters in the library pre termination. MAP FILTERING THROUGH MULTISELECT

Hello everyone!I’m reaching out to know how can I use multiselect in showing nodes and arcs in my network map. It is part of my project to make the UI interactive, however, I’m having difficulty doing so. I have tried testing if the same multiselect-table interaction can also work here, but it doesn’t. Any tips or examples you can provide?Thank you!

Possibility to assign specific colors to gantt-chart jobs based on the standard palette

When displaying a gantt chart, the colors of the jobs come from the standard 16 color palette as far as I can see.For example, when I have a gantt chart defined on pGanttChartJobStart(iJob, iSku, iLine) and pGanttChartJobDuration(iJob, iSku,iLine) and in the gantt chart the iLine is corresponding to the resources and the combination (iSku, iJob) are corresponding to the jobs.If I understand it correctly, AIMMS will take the coloring from the first component in the Jobs section, which is exactly what I want (i.e. every job for a given sku always has the same color, namely the ‘sku’ color) However, sometimes, this results in two jobs that are consecutive on one line, but have colors that are quit close to eachother.I know I can easily create my own annotations and define my own colors for that with CSS, but then I will have lost the connection to the standard aimms palette. Do you know if it is possible to define custom annotations and in the CSS for those annotations indicate you want t

Reset default WebUI table filtering

Hi community,I’ve noticed that the WebUI filtering applied to table widgets persists through AIMMS PRO sessions (even if they are closed). Is this filtering user dependent and is there a way to reset this default filtering of a deployed AIMMS PRO app?Thanks!Dani

Hi all,I’ve seen here and there some things mentioned on the following items below, but I lost track on the latest developments. Can someone share a status update on them?Have the capability to specify file decimals per identifier (instead of per widget) ? Support for unit (parameters) in WebUI ? Modify tooltip when changing job in gantt chart

In the gantt chart, you can set a custom tooltip when the user is hovering over each of the jobs. Is it also possible to customize the tooltip that is shown when you modify one of the jobs? In one of my demos, it shows the following: but what I want in that tooltip is actually the current start and end times also (basically, my own custom string parameter) The same would be for not changing the size of the job, but dragging the position left-right.

Chrome WebUI option greyed out

Hi community!Having installed AIMMS 24.4.3.3 (x64) on a new laptop running Windows 11, I am unable to select (latest version of) Chrome as the default browser for WebUI, even though Chrome is set as my default browser in Windows 11. I am a bit puzzled as to how to solve this issue. Any help is much appreciated here!In the pic below I haven’t been able to make a good screenshot but only Edge option is enabled, Chrome is disabled. Thanks!

Which rows in webui table are in filter?

I have a table in WebUI which can be filtered through the table. The user can interact with the table to select rows associated with certain plants, for example. I would then like the user to be able to select a button to automatically check a check box for the visible rows. There could be many rows and selecting each row individually is not desired. How, in WebUI, can I tell which rows are visible after the user applies filters?

How to Get the Corner Coordinates of the Visible Map

Select Multiple Nodes in the Same Node Set on a Map Widget

Hi,Suppose I have a node set “Customers”. I would like to be able to select multiple customers (by drawing a circle around them or by selecting one by one using ctrl+click, etc.) and calculate the total demand (or do any action) for only the selected customers.Is there a way to do it?Thanks.

Changing the data color in table regardless of being editable or not

As you know, cell values are shown black when they are read-only and blue otherwise as given below. I would like to be able to set a specific text color, regardless of whether it is read-only or not. I wonder if there is a way to do it?P.S. I know we can change the background color in a cell with annotation but there are times where I need to change both the background color and the text color.

Help needed with WebUI

Hi community,Hope everyone is doing great.This is the first time I work on a Web UI and I am struggling with certain configurations that should be straightforward. Would appreciate it if someone could help solve the following: See Image 1) When creating the table “Input Cost” the identifier names on the first column are not the same as in the parameters. How can I adjust them? I also want to change to zero decimals but cannot find how to do so.See Image 2) How can I add units ($) to this chart and table? I tried creating a Quantity Identifier in AIMMS (backend), but then I cannot add it to the parameters nor to the chart.See Image 3) How can I add the “Results” page to the Navigation?See Image 4) In this chart, there are 4 series. In the totals toolbar of the configuration of the chart, I added the Total Sum. Now I would like to view only the Total, and disregard the original series’.
