Examples are not loading

I am new to AIMMS and  I want to try out the examples from the Homepage, but when I open them I get the attached Error Message.

Can someone please help me out?

Hi @Alexandra. You should first unzip the zip file which can be done by following the instructions from the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/14200/windows-compress-uncompress-zip-files.
