Unfortunately, you cannot change the font size in AIMMS itself, as it uses the Windows settings for this. In the display settings of Windows, you can change the scale and layout.
Especially when you are using a relatively small high-resolution screen, it is advised to set the scaling to 125% instead of the default 100 %.
