I'm working on a soft time window vehicle routing problem, modeled as MIP problem. 11 locations were used for the test and the time window needed to be violated, but the solution took more than 24 hours. I have tried many methods, how can I solve it?
The data is confidential. If need a model, which address should I send it to?
