Network License Not Connected

I am a student and have been using AIMMS for roughly a year already. When I tried opening AIMMS today, the following occured: Logging on to AIMMS License Server failed: No logon response from server.

Another user had the same problem, however the solution to that post didn't work. Did the license expire or is something else the problem?

Dear Yuzha, 

I see that you have 2 licenses - one requested on 26th May 2021 and one requested 2 days ago. The first one was last used on the 10th October 2021. Please note that if not used for 6 months the academic licenses expire, this is why you were not able to open it last week. 

I see that you have requested a second one and as far as I see you are already running aimms with it.
