Difference between Optimal solution and Found solution in AIMMS Progress

What is the difference on the program status of “Found Solution” with Optimal solution. Does “found solution” status shows the feasible result not the optimal one? Please explain.

Hi @sarah rohaizad. You get program status 'Found solution’ if no objective has been specified for the mathematical program. In that case the solver "only” has to find a feasible solution.

I see. My problem right now, I’ve used the same input in AIMMS but each time I execute it, I will get different status. Sometimes I got “Found Solutions” and “Optimal”. I did not change any codes or touch anything. I just simply execute it.
