Forum|alt.badge.img

The global search (<ctrl>+<shift>+<f>) searches the aimms project, but does not search the webui json file. This means I usually end up searching in aimms and then searching the same thing in a text editor with the json file open. It would be much more convenient if both could be searched within aimms.

Hi @tjokes1 it’s a good suggestion, we can imagine many other developers could find this useful. I’m marking it “discussion ongoing”, we need more time to discuss internally if this is feasible at the moment.

Hi! This was released in AIMMS 24.6.1 Release, see release notes:

 

  • The Find All (Ctrl-Shift-F) functionality now also searches for occurrences in the webui.json file. This may help to figure out whether identifiers are referenced in the WebUI.
