Skip Cost to Serve calculation

@Pieter thanks for the suggestion, makes sense.  I'm curious to know, what is approximately the time it takes to do the C2S calculation takes in your case ?  Perhaps there are performance improvements that we can make to speed it up.

Hi @Paul, thanks for your response. I have a case where the actual optimization takes 35 seconds and the C2S calculation more than 4 minutes.

@Pieter per our offline discussions, we made some performance improvements to the C2S calculation so the time goes from 4 minutes to 1.5 minutes.  For now, we won't add the option to switch off C2S, because the performance improvement solves most of the issue for now.  This performance improvement helps all our customers, so thanks for the feedback and input!
