Writing ad hoc text to a file using DEX (or AXLL)

Is it possible to write ad hoc text to an Excel file using DEX? How?

Otherwise, is it possible to write it using AXLL? How?

You could use the axll::WriteSingleValue function for this I think?

I have not used DEX, so don’t know how this would work with DEX
