We released several enhancements in User Management aimed at improving navigation, clarity, and overall usability. These will be rolled out to customer accounts in the next few days.

Streamlined Creation Actions

To enable quicker access, the Create Environment, Create Group, and Create User buttons have been moved to the top of their respective pages.

Improved Search & Filtering

We have added search fields to both the Group and User lists, facilitating the easy location of specific entries.

Optimized Data Loading

Groups and users will now be fetched only when you open their respective tabs within an environment. This enhancement removes the previous automatic prefetching, resulting in faster initial navigation and more intentional data loads.

Updated User Roles Model

We've replaced the Global Roles with a new, simplified Roles model:

  • User roles can no longer be assigned directly; the Roles column is read-only.
  • A user’s role is assigned automatically based on their membership in one of the system-defined groups.
  • User roles are currently limited to two system-defined roles: Admin and App Publisher.
