SENSAI Pro (beta) can now read the detailed results of your model, per warehouse, production facility, supplier, customer and transport lane. This means it can answer questions such as “What is the utilization of warehouse X in period Y?” and “How many units of product X are produced at plant Y?”

Improvements

Capacity indicators on the Results pages no longer incorrectly show warnings or errors when volumes are effectively within capacity. Negligible rounding differences are now ignored for Supplier, Production, Warehouse, and Transport results.

Memory use and speed has been improved when optimizing with Allow Base Case Volume Mismatch switched on, making it less likely that large datasets run out of memory with this option.

You can now widen the SENSAI chat panel by dragging its left edge, up to half of the browser window width. This makes tables easier to read.

Bug Fixes

The saving of Results now checks scenario and dataset names before processing and correctly reports failing exports.

Canceling the Save Input Dataset dialog now closes it immediately without running data processing or validation.

The Full Solution Export now ensures that also the Warehouse Definition and Production Definition sheets only contain resources of the corresponding type. Resources classified as both warehouse and production now correctly appear on both sheets.

Geocoding a distance/duration longer than 10,000 km, returned an empty status. Now, it returns “Maximum distance (10,000 km) exceeded”.

SC Navigator now skips unnecessary calculations for customers without a variable cost, which makes the optimization model smaller. Your results and total costs are unaffected.
