I use AIMMS version 24.5.5.4 (x64-VS2022) and WebUI version 24.9.1.1. My Chrome and Edge are updated.

I also uploaded my simple Project.

Please help me.

@Bui Trung-Hiep I downloaded your zip file and it opens correctly. I see that the project you shared does not have the same title as your screenshot, where in your screenshot it says Advanced_Bottled_Water. Can you confirm you sent us the correct project?
