Where are the page actions in 4.67 and above?

HI @MathFour , Did you check the Experimental Features settings? Maybe Page Actions is disabled there. If it is enabled you should see the rocket icon.
We will be releasing Page Actions via identifier, similarly how Side Panels and Widget Actions are configured in the next release. Will be easier to configure and change on the fly.
