USB Dongles No Longer Supported

Hi, 

I have the dongle usb in violet and just the license number that I know should work. When I try to install the license number, this message appears: the license file not found. In fact, I did not receive any license file. How can I solve this issue?

Hello @pira1338 , USB dongles are not supported anymore. Can you email support@aimms.com with the license number and we will proceed from there.
