Cloud session logs now available from the PRO portal for self-service analysis and trouble-shooting

You can now download cloud session logs from the PRO Portal, so that you can analyze or troubleshoot your sessions. 

You can access the logs via the Sessions tab and the three vertical dots on the right-hand side.

 

Please note the ‘download log’ option in the top-right-hand corner of the following screen shot.
