Hi community, With earlier versions of the webUI, I have played around with creating my own custom widgets (e.g. sankey diagrams using D3) for AIMMS. If I now go to the documentatation page about custom widgets (https://documentation.aimms.com/webui/own-widgets.html) I see that currently this framework is deprecated and should not be used until the new framework is made available. Is there anything known about when this new framework will be made available and I could give the custom widgets another try? 

Show the infeasibility reason as in Excel it will have the command to show that the cell is wrong in red, how to apply the concept in AIMMS as to show that the infeasibility in which part clearly. Also to get suggestions from AIMMS on what needs to be changed by what.

Hi community!We recently updated our AIMMS tool to 24.3.2.2 (x64) and now we often run into the situation where a linechart displays a message about insufficient resolution. This widget happens to only become visible once we toggle something in the side panel on the right. After we do that, this linechart becomes visible but the message shows. If we refresh the page with F5, the graph shows as in the second picture below. If we then toggle in the side panel again, the other linechart is not shown with a similar error message so the problem doesn’t seem to be widget specific. Interestingly, the problem doesn’t occur when we enable to show hidden widgets in the top right (then both are ‘shown’ but one of the two is greyed out).Any help on how we can resolve this issue is much appreciated!

Hi there, This might be a trivial question, but what's the easiest way of extracting a list of "active" constraints from a math program? Essentially I want the list of constraints names in the Math Program Inspector, exported into a text file. The reason behind this requirement is that I have two very similar LPs that I want to compare, to identify why they differ.I've tried: the constraints listing file (too large / complex and some formatting differences make it difficult to DIFF), exporting AllConstraints. What other options are available?Thanks! 

I want to change the tooltip that appears when the cursor is over the 'codigo_fornecedor' set. The tooltip identifier changes the tooltips of each element in the set, but not the title attribute.

I am unable to modify identifiers from UI even though identifiers are in CurrentInputs 

Dear All,In a model, I have a constraint as:y(g,t) - z(g,t) = u(g,t) - u(g,t-1) forall (g,t) All variable are binary variable. g is a set of generator unit and t is a set of time. How to implement this constraint in AIMMS if there a three generator units and the time periods (t) are 1,2, and 3. For the initial condition, generator units #1 and #2 are off-line prior to the first time period indicated by the value of u = 0 while generator unit #3 is online indicated by the value of u = 1. Thank you.

Dear All,I want to perform a complex calculation in AIMMS. For example, the given data is the impedance (Z) with Z = R + iX. In a constraint, the impedance must be transferred into admittance (Y) where Y = 1/Z. Is there a method in AIMMS to do this? Thank you very much.

I am facing runtime issues for one of my AIMMS project. I am thinking to pass an initial solution to the model before we call solve statement.  As per the documentation, I have activated the following. CPLEX X.X: Specific solvers > CPLEX X.X > General > Advanced start > Use advanced basisI have stored the initial solution in an .xlsx file. I would like to assign this value to the variable. How to do it. I am not getting the options or idea. Where to assign or how to assign if I would like to assign an initial solution to the following variable.

Hi all, We currently have an AIMMS Pro on-premise installation which we need to upgrade to a newer AIMMS Pro version. We would like to upgrade to AIMMS PRO 24.4.2.1. The reason is we're in a bit of a hurry to finish the upgrade and want to minimize the risk (as we’re coming from a relatively old version), so we do not want to upgrade to a higher version to avoid having to migrate the AIMMS PRO database at version 24.5.1.However, on the AIMMS download website we seem to only be able to download the latest version of AIMMS Pro, even though in the past it was possible to also download older versions (and of course it is also possible to download older versions of AIMMS Developer).Can someone help us in finding the executable for AIMMS Pro 24.4.2.1? Thanks!Meike

May I know what are steps should I follow to extract the results from AIMMS to other formatted file, ex: from AIMMS to EXCEL / AIMMS to WORD but not by manually. Is there any ways for it? 

Hello, I have a question regarding AIMMS. I plan to do lab scheduling that will assign classes to a lab venue at a time. Each class will be taught by a different demonstrator, which I already specified in the parameter (Demo_Lab) as shown in the picture. However, whenever I included it in a constraint named Demo_Gap with an index domain (l,t), AIMMS did not follow the Demo_Lab parameter. AIMMS gave the results with a demonstrator randomly assigned to any class (you can refer to the final image). For one of our AIMMS apps, we read in a file from the ADLS on startup. This happens in a procedure that is part of PostMainInitialization. We call dex::dls::ListFiles to determine which file to read, but the API call fails.Presumably, this problem occurs because parameter StorageAccount is only initialized in procedure Initialize in the PostLibraryInitialization of DEX. This post lib is only run after our PostMainInitialization is run. Is there a way to automatically run a procedure on start-up of the application, that is run after the PostLibraryInitialization of DEX? Or is it possible for you to change DEX such that StorageAccount is initialized in the LibraryInitialization instead of the PostLibraryInitialization?  

Hi all!  For an on-premise AIMMS PRO server, does anyone know if there's a way to get a report of the last time each user logged in or the last time each user opened a WebUI session? I know it's possible to search and parse logs (at least over the available history), but wondering if there's an easier way.  The AIMMS Control Panel can create a session list by user (Session List tab), but it only appears to show solver sessions (and some of our users don't click Solve). For context, trying to find a robust way to identify AIMMS PRO user accounts that are no longer used

However, I hope the data in the set is treated as element rather than value. So for a set Time := {1,3,5}, Time(1+1) := 3.What wrong with this?

Hi, In the map widget there is the option to set Dynamic Arc Width, could you explain a bit more on how it works? E.g. like is it a min-max scaler? Background for asking is that in small examples/models it works reasonably well, but in ‘bigger’ examples it flattens out a lot and the arc sizes are in our case not really visually differentiating. If we understand a bit more behind the scaling, we could maybe make some fine-tuning to get the visual representation we would like to see.

What is the difference on the program status of “Found Solution” with Optimal solution. Does “found solution” status shows the feasible result not the optimal one? Please explain.

Hi guys, I’m a student from the university of HEC in Belgium and I need your help for one project that I’m working on for one of my courses. In fact, I have received a database from Excel that I have exported on AIMMS (which has been done succesfully). Then I’ve realized my parameters, constraints, … in order to optimize the function that the teacher gave to us. But now, the teacher expects to us to export the AIMMS file to Excel to realize our analysis (so once all the values have been computed, we have to export these numbers to Excel in order to analyze these numbers) and I don’t understand how can I export the AIMMS file to the Excel. Can you please, try to help me? Thanks for the answers :)

We are in the process of transitioning from WinUI to WebUI. Under WinUI, our users have saved many cases to their laptops or a shared drive. I don’t know why the proserver wasn’t used, but it wasn’t. As we transition to WebUI, though, we’ll need to store cases on the proserver. The question is, how can we move our saved cases to the proserver so they can be accessed in WebUI? I tried copying them but the format is clearly different. It’s doesn’t seem i can just copy the .data file out to a specific folder on the server. How can we move these case files to the server? It doesn’t need to be an ongoing thing. I only need to upload them once.I appreciate any guidance.
